We don't know about you, but our resolutions this year are pretty modest. New Year, Incrementally Improved Informationists.
We have a couple books that will help with realistic and goals for 2021.
Librarian Melissa's favorite is The Terrible and Wonderful Reasons Why I Run Long Distances by Matthew Inman, aka The Oatmeal. Taking up physical activity doesn't always feel good (even if it's good for you) and we shouldn't have to pretend like it's all bliss and rainbows. How to Be Perfectly Unhappy is another excellent Oatmeal book for those of us looking for inspiration based in reality.
Librarian KJ loves Hyperbole and a Half by Allie Brosh. Are you, too, tired of living through history? So much history, every single day? Would you like to not feel so alone? Please check out our copy of her memoir. You can also check out January's free wellness events for the JABSOM community.
