Screening Citations
Once the Planning section is completed and citations are imported, citation screening can begin.
- Include: Click Include for any citations chosen for full-text screening. The citations marked Include will move to the Full-Text Screening stage.
- Exclude: Click Exclude for any citations not matching inclusion criteria. If excluded, one or more reasons must be listed. Note: reasons for exclusion were previously set up in the Planning phase under
Selection Criteria.
- Awaiting: If the review requires multiple reviewers per citation, this section displays citations that have been checked by one reviewer and are awaiting another.
- In Conflict: If the review requires multiple reviewers per citation, this section displays citations on which reviewers disagree and require resolution.
- Tags: Tags can be added to bring attention to or help organize specific citations. The search bar located next to Tags can be used to search through numerous added tags.
- Highlights: Highlights will bold keywords in articles matching search terms. This feature can be switched on or off.
