Need help navigating the Researcher Workbench or want more information about the features? There are a variety of useful tools and resources to help answer your questions.

For questions about using the Researcher Workbench:

The User Support Hub is a repository of videos and articles covering topics including working with data, credits and billing, genomics, surveys, policies, news, access, and more.

For technical difficulties:

The All of Us Support Desk will help resolve technical problems and can answer questions. They can be contacted at support@researchallofus.org.

For live office hours and events:

The All of Us live event calendar lists live events available to registered researchers. Information about the types of live events, including drop-in Q&A office hours, topical office hours, new user orientations, genetics Workbench support, and general Q&A, is provided here.
